Soccer Tours

Ethiopia 2017

Dates: May 23 – June 7

Application Deadline: Feb 15, 2017

Cost: $4000

Who : Men’s and Women’s University and College Athletes

Over the last 2 summers we have sent 3 Athletes in Action soccer teams to Ethiopia to serve the local soccer community through sport.

In 2015, we sent a team of 20 men with the goal of helping to jumpstart a ministry but we could have never imagined the opened doors and opportunities that God provided for us.

Last summer we sent a mens and womens team to run camps, mentor coaches, and play against professional teams with the ultimate goal of sharing the gospel through sport! God showed up in so many incredible ways and continued to bless our relationship with staff and volunteers in Ethiopia.

This next summer we will continue to build on last years ministry and serve the local soccer teams and leaders during our time there. Joining this tour will give you the incredible opportunity to be discipled and mentored, play games against Ethiopia’s top level teams, and run youth soccer camps for kids of all ages and backgrounds. Our focus this next year is to provide highly competitive teams consisting of college and university level soccer players. This will allow us to share and encourage some of the biggest Ethiopian clubs and networks with our shared love of soccer and ultimate love for Christ.

Join the team. Leave a legacy.
